About the Role
We are looking for dependable, passionate, and dedicated people to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) implements an ABA treatment plan that focuses on skill development and behavior change. CBTs work directly under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement one on one therapy. Duties will include implementing intervention, ongoing data collection, data entry, behavior management and support, and collaboration with staff and families. Positions available are for full-time employees working 32+ hours per week."

Requirements
Minimum Requirements
Experience working with children
At least 18 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
Able to pass a background check
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to follow directions and respond positively to corrective feedback
Computer and tablet (Android/iOS) knowledge
Dependable transportation
