Autism Therapy Services of Moses Lake provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children who have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). ABA Therapy is the use of procedures and techniques based on the behavioral principles of learning and motivation to increase current skills and teach new skills that are socially significant to help children thrive in their environments.

BOARD-CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST

BCBA's are a very important part of what we do. We are looking for those with a graduate-level certification in behavior analysis. Professionals certified at the BCBA level are independent practitioners who provide behavior analysis services.
BCBAs will also supervise our CBT's, RBT's, BCBA's in training, and other professionals who implement behavior-analytic interventions. ATS also expects the BCBA's work with other professionals in a variety of scopes such as Speech, Occupational Therapy, Medical Providers, etc.

We are looking for dependable, passionate, and dedicated people to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) implements an ABA treatment plan that focuses on skill development and behavior change. CBTs work directly under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement one on one therapy. Duties will include implementing intervention, ongoing data collection, data entry, behavior management and support, and collaboration with staff and families. Positions available are for full-time employees working 32+ hours per week.

Minimum Requirements

  • Experience working with children

  • At least 18 years of age

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Able to pass a background check

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Ability to follow directions and respond positively to corrective feedback

  • Computer and tablet (Android/iOS) knowledge

  • Dependable transportation

Certified/Registered Behavior Technicians

We are looking for a dependable, passionate, and dedicated person to provide speech and language services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The Speech-Language Pathologist will conduct assessments and write treatment and discharge plans. Provide direct treatment to clients during their time in the day treatment program (DTP), which will include at minimum, one session per week with each enrolled client (typically 8-10 children), with the opportunity to bring in other clients from the community for speech services. Collect data, complete session notes and other documentation of treatment and services as required. Provide caregiver training and support as needed. Provide recommendations to ABA providers including CBTs, RBTs, and BCBAs. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency or Clinical Fellowship Year

  • Preferred experience working with children with ASD

  • Ability to pass a background check

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Ability to follow directions and respond positively to corrective feedback

  • Computer and tablet (Android/iOS) knowledge

  • Ability to type 30+ WPM

  • Dependable transportation
