About the Role
We are looking for a dependable, passionate, and dedicated person to provide speech and language services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The Speech-Language Pathologist will conduct assessments and write treatment and discharge plans. Provide direct treatment to clients during their time in the day treatment program (DTP), which will include at minimum, one session per week with each enrolled client (typically 8-10 children), with the opportunity to bring in other clients from the community for speech services. Collect data, complete session notes and other documentation of treatment and services as required. Provide caregiver training and support as needed. Provide recommendations to ABA providers including CBTs, RBTs, and BCBAs. Other duties as assigned.

PECS Level 1 and Level 2 Training are required within the first year, unless the applicant already has completed these trainings. ATS will cover the cost of the training.

Minimum Requirements
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency or Clinical Fellowship Year
Preferred experience working with children with ASD
Ability to pass a background check
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to follow directions and respond positively to corrective feedback
Computer and tablet (Android/iOS) knowledge
Ability to type 30+ WPM
